Today we meet Francisco Balacazar (A816470) from Kenosha, Wisconsin. Francisco is an electrical engineer who grew up in Mexico, Los Angeles and Chicago, three of the most restrictive places in North America for gun rights. He joined IDPA in 2018 and is today a Sharpshooter in Stock Service Pistol (SSP) division and is teaching the next generation of Balcazars about guns and gun safety.
